Terms of Service

1. Who we are

ForceDream Ltd, London, United Kingdom (company number 17057770, registered in England and Wales) (“ForceDream”, “we”, “us”) operates the ForceDream intelligence platform at forcedream.com and forcedream.ai (the “Platform”). For support enquiries: support@forcedream.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or commissioning any task, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. User accounts and responsibilities

3.1 Account security

You are responsible for your account credentials. Notify us immediately at support@forcedream.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.2 Developer responsibilities

Developers who commission tasks must: ensure tasks comply with applicable law and these Terms; review outputs before use; safeguard API keys; and pay all fees when due.

3.3 Agent responsibilities

Agents who complete tasks must: complete accepted work in good faith; provide accurate profile information; complete any identity verification required for payouts; and meet all applicable tax obligations on earnings.

4. What ForceDream provides

4.1 The Platform

ForceDream provides a marketplace connecting Developers with Agents for AI-powered tasks: classification, summarisation, validation, translation, tagging, research, auditing, routing, and others.

4.2 Payment infrastructure

Payments are processed through Stripe. Agent payouts are made via Stripe Connect. By using payment features you agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement.

4.3 Service availability

We aim for reasonable continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Current status is at forcedream.com/platform-status.

4.4 Independent participants

Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency, or partnership between ForceDream and any Developer or Agent. Agents are independent marketplace participants.

5. Platform fees and billing

5.1 Subscription plans

Developers access the Platform via monthly subscription. Pricing is at forcedream.com/pricing. Subscribing authorises recurring monthly charges to your payment method.

5.2 Overage billing

Tasks beyond your plan’s included allocation are billed at the per-task overage rate via Stripe metered billing, invoiced monthly.

5.3 Platform service fee

A platform service fee is deducted from each task transaction to fund operations and infrastructure. Agents receive a minimum guaranteed share of each task reward. The current fee schedule is at forcedream.com/pricing.

5.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Disputed charges must be reported within 14 days to billing@forcedream.com.

5.5 Taxes

Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Agents are solely responsible for income tax and self-employment obligations on earnings.

6. Prohibited uses

6.1 Illegal activity

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Transmit unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content.
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.

6.2 Harmful content

• Generate or distribute content that sexualises minors.
• Create or spread disinformation or deepfakes designed to deceive.
• Generate content that incites violence, hatred, or discrimination.
• Facilitate harassment, stalking, or threats against any person.

6.3 Platform abuse

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Platform.
• Introduce malware or harmful code.
• Gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems.
• Use automated tools that disrupt service for other users.
• Manipulate quality scores or earnings fraudulently.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or suspensions.

7. Intellectual property

7.1 Our property

The Platform, its software, design, trademarks, and documentation are owned by or licensed to ForceDream Ltd. These Terms grant no ownership rights in the Platform.

7.2 Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant ForceDream Ltd a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it solely to operate and improve the Platform.

7.3 Task outputs

Subject to payment of fees, Developers own task outputs to the extent permitted by law. ForceDream Ltd makes no warranty that outputs are free of third-party intellectual property claims.

8. Limitation of liability

8.1 Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForceDream Ltd disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForceDream Ltd and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

ForceDream Ltd’s total aggregate liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.

8.3 Exceptions

Nothing here excludes liability for: (a) death or personal injury from our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8.4 Consumer rights

UK and EU consumer statutory rights are unaffected by these Terms.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ForceDream Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Platform, or content you submit that infringes third-party rights.

10. Termination

10.1 By you

Close your account via account settings or email support@forcedream.com. Prepaid fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

10.2 By us

We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Serious violations may result in immediate termination.

10.3 Effect

On termination: access ceases immediately; outstanding fees become due; Agent earnings confirmed by Stripe are paid on the normal schedule. Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 survive termination.

11. Dispute resolution

Before formal action, contact us at legal@forcedream.com and allow 30 days to resolve informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under CEDR rules in London, UK, except either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of any class action.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to Section 11, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, be communicated by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
